Treatment Fees

Fees are reviewed every January:


  • £75 1st consultation for new patients only (A full 60min comprehensive health screen with assessment and treatment)

  • £60 follow-up (A full 40min for thorough, comprehensive assessment and treatment)

  • Report writing is charged at £40


In accordance with standard practice, we regret that a charge of the full appointment fee will be made for missed appointments or non-attendance unless 24 hours' notice is given

  • Under 16yro athletes with parents only
  • Over 80’s subject to individual assessment
  • We have disabled parking and access
  • Sorry, we do not offer home visits
  • We do not offer a phone back telephone service.
  • We choose not to register with BUPA or AXA etc..

Your care will be personalised, including manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, health screening, and general advice, all designed to meet your unique needs. 


Additionally, we collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure you receive the most comprehensive and effective care possible.

  • Generalised aches and pains
  • Joint pains including hip and knee pain from… …osteoarthritis (as an adjunct to core OA treatments and exercise)

How do we treat?



1. We’ll thoroughly assess your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle to diagnose the issue and create a personalised treatment plan with you. 


2. A physical examination will help identify problems, which may involve assessing movement, muscle tightness, joint stiffness, and related areas and systems of the body. 


3. Manual therapy—gentle, hands-on techniques aimed at releasing tension, stretching muscles, moving and manipulating joints, and improving mobility will aim to address these problems. 


4. This is complemented by tailored exercises and practical advice to help you manage pain, stay active, and maintain optimal health. 


5. Additional tests or referrals may be recommended if needed, and all information will be recorded and stored confidentially in line with legal requirements.
